Maureen Jendzejec ’75

After graduating CHS in 1975, Maureen went to work for Sears
Collection Department and attended CCRI in the evenings. After
several months in the Collection Department, she took a position with
a financial institution as a teller and worked her way up to SVP –

their dream of either buying their 1st home, building their 1st home,
buying their 1st vehicle, or guiding them in financial matters. Her heart
has always been in lending, constantly staying on top of new products
and services as they evolved. Maureen strives to make people’s
banking lives easier.

Maureen also believes strongly in community service and has served
and led in leadership positions for the following organizations:
FJVD School Board as Secretary (also where she attended grammar
school), SSJP Parish Counsel Board, SSJP Parish Trustee, Coventry
Housing Associates Board as Treasurer, Central Coventry Fire
Department Board of Directors, Coventry Credit Union Credit
Committee Chair, Special Olympics, Toys for Tots Committee, Co-Chair
Annual SSJP Christmas Bazaar, Co-Chair Trinkets & Treasures Yard
Sales, CHS PTSA – Vice President, CHS Alumni as Treasurer. Through
all the community volunteer service is where many life-long
partnerships and friendships were formed.

Maureen is one of those individuals who does not say “no”. She will
find a way to help anyone in need.

Maureen resides in Coventry and is married to Charles Jendzejec
(Class of 1975) and they have a daughter Rebecca who is also a
graduate of CHS (Class of 2010).
